SterlingNOW Construction Update – May 2020

Gleason Expansion: The Gleason Center expansion is entering a new phase of completion and demolition. The new 32,000 square foot addition of offices, classrooms, athletic training space, Wilkey Fieldhouse and wellness center are being completed. Now, we begin the final 6,000 square feet of renovation with the demolition of our current offices, bathrooms and classrooms. The current lobby will be expanded with new seating, new concessions stand and Warrior Spirit Shop. The old classrooms will be renovated into new locker rooms for men’s and women’s basketball. Our faculty, coaches and athletic training staff will be able to move into their new offices before the end of May. The entire project is slated for completion by August 1 and continues to be on-time and under budget.
