SterlingNOW Construction Update – July 2020

Gleason Expansion:

 As summer continues the Gleason Expansion project gets ever-closer to completion! The most visible changes on the interior include the new weight room equipment, which has been delivered and installed. These exciting new pieces of equipment include half-rack combos, power blocks, four treadmills, two ellipticals and two stationary bicycles.

The sheetrock that has been installed in phase two of the project includes the apparel shop, concessions, locker rooms and lobby. A new, fresh coat of paint in the Gleason Gymnasium has been applied to the bottom level of the walls. Resealing the parking lot and landscaping around the new building is currently underway. Lockers, technology and branding are on schedule to be completed this month. Our construction team feels confident we will be in our new facility by the beginning of the new school year.
